LEOPARD INSPIRATION FROM LOUIS VUITTON FW16.
The leopard print is going to be a major trend in the upcoming fall - spotted at Isabel Marant, Louis Vuitton and Stella McCartney just to name a few brands.
You can wear any animal print to keep up with the trend but the bravest trendsetters go for long coats, though accessories do the trick as well.
After all the leopard print is such a classic which never goes out of style.

DENIM FOR DAYS.
I like to wear knitwear all-year-round but yesterday I totally underestimated the weather and had to suffer the consequences, though I wore the look with a pair of black heels and really liked it - simple is me.
Never mind as I was cathing up with my best friend from primary and secondary school who is getting married in only three weeks time (!) which is calling for serious outfit crisis but I could not be more excited about the wedding.

PROTAGONIST RESORT 2017.
Protagonist gets me - everything they design is chic, wearable and never not on point. Minimalism does not have to be boring - instead these pieces would actually elavate an outfit. They are perfect wardrobe stables would you agree?
All in all the collection is aspirational and consists of classic pieces such cigarette trousers, v-neck tops and statement dresses. Patterns and colour injections including orange, pink and light blue make the collection interesting even though the most simple looks are my favourites, and yet I am all about the checked-pattern as we speak.

MONDAY AT ITS BEST WITH PIRET AND MARIA.
In all honesty I feel a bit tired after the big weekend full of midsummer parties but it was definitely a great idea to organise a dinner straight after with Piret and Maria as all of us were in Jyväskylä at the same time - the best way to kick off a new week. It could also be that Maria and I invited ourselves to Piret's stunning home but never mind, heh.
It was on our agenda to eat, drink and catch up - the primitive necessities.
However, unfortunately as I have never been that into cooking or baking I let the others wave their magic wands whereas I took charge of the wine which is right up my alley, though my favourites were the oven-cooked feta cheese dish and the white chocolate cheesecake.
I just don't remeber the last time I have been so full but the food was so gooood and the company even better - I shall shamelessly invite myself soon again.
Thanks babes and Chloé the stunner.
FOR THE UNPREDICTABLE SUMMER.
Hope that all of you have been able to enjoy the midsummer - mine has been all about eating and chilling.
Summer in Finland can be a bit tricky in terms of clothing but I try to have pieces for the hot & cold temperatures. These are some of new favourites. I am have seriously set my eyes on the track pants from Vetements before they sell out - you can call me crazy but they would be perfect for the fall.

WEARING PLEATED TROUSERS AND KNOT-DETAIL SANDALS.
I wore this outfit yesterday - it felt so nice to dress up a bit as I cannot do that for work. I find that when you cannot wear what you want on regular basis, it actually gets difficult to dress up. At least I feel a bit lost at first - like I did not remember what works on me. Know the feeling?
By the way I would buy a drink to anyone who guesses where this snapshot has been taken. As I am spending most of the summer in the countryside, finding decent backdrops is a bit of an issue.
