This summer my lifestyle wasn't very healthy. With Anna we were drinking wine like never before and our most basic dinner was pasta. And lunch....... pretty much 5 times a week it was Maxibon, biggest and and best ice cream ever.
So i decided to try Detox Master Cleanse to clean up my body. Everyday i drunk 4-6 classes Detox drink, 2-3 cups green tea and 2-3L water.
My original plan was five days, but i ended up doing only four for many reasons. First of all, some years ago i was eating way too little and i did't want that feeling again. Cause today, when i finally felt good after three days tiredness, i was thinking should i do one more day... and then one more... and you understand the rest.
So today, when i got out from work i went to get a pizza slice, ice cream and KitKat. And i can tell, tasted much better than water with lemon juice, Maple syrup and Cayenne pepper!
Anyway, here are some feelings that wrote down during these four days.
I feel tired and weak. Im not hungry at all but i just wanna eat something. I understand, that food is such a big part of my social life too, feels like i can't do anything with my friends if i cant eat. I hope that after this my skins gets better. THIS SUCKS BAAAADLY.
I feel so weak and my brain doesn't work. Again i don't feel hunger. Later in the evening i felt better so i cleaned up our room. It would be strange to eat something (and these thoughts were worrying me)
Most horrible day. All the time i felt like i'm on a boat. I forget to take syrup with me to work so i ate 4 chocolate candies. After that i felt so much better, sugar! And again night time i didn't feel so awful anymore.
Had a great and energetic feeling all day! Like i said before, i was thinking should i continue but i'm glad i didn't. It wouldn't be good for me.
After four days i felt like i had more energy and yes, my skin is little better. Also of course my tummy is very flat, so that feels quite nice too. I don't know if i would have better results doing Detox longer time, but i don't really mind. I would do this again before some big parties, if it would be necessary to fit certain dress. Other than that, if you don't have problems with eating and you want fresh feeling quickly, Detox is maybe a good way.
I also learned, that i don't need so much sugar and candy as i thought and it's good for me if i drink water with lemon, syrup and Cayenne every morning!
