AFTER WATCHING SAINT LAURENT FW2013 COLLECTION, ALL I CAN SAY IS WHAT THEEE **** ARE YOU DOING, HEDI? THE COLLECTION LOOKS LIKE A FIELD TRIP TO A 16-YEAR OLD GRUNGY GOSSIP GIRL'S WARDROBE. WHO WAS THAT KOHL-EYED GIRL IN THE GOSSIP GIRL? I CAN HEAR POOR YVES TURNING IN HIS GRAVE. I THINK THE LAST SEASON (MEANING THIS SEASON) WAS GREAT BUT THIS IS PURE BAD, NOT HIGH FASHION.

Olet niin oikeassa, mallisto on todella ahdistava. Jopa ei-suosikkini Wangin työt Balenciagalla näyttävät Hedin rinnalla hyviltä. Toinen on tehnyt läksynsä.
I had to ask myself couple of times if it was just me who did not get (yet again) Slimane's collection... Like maybe im just squared, uptight, too "high-fashion-should-be-this-and-that" -trained or too close to my own embarrasing 1990's fashion (disaster) memoirs. But like Petra and the others above say, this is not embarrassing for me, its a lowest of the low for Hedi Slimane, and sadly for YSL...sorry, Saint Laurent whatever, too. Oh my...

olen odottanut tässä jonkin laista valaistumista, kun tuntui ettei MIKÄÄN innostanut ja kaikki näytökset oli tasapaksuja ja tylsiä. ajattelin ensin että onko miulla nyt jonkin moinen kuva-,muoti- tai designähky, mutta ilmeisesti tämä on laajempi ilmiö. siksi myöhäinen kommenttikin... ei ole tietämyksen portit auenneet.
