Both of them improve the keratin production in the hair and this way the hair also grows faster and healthier. For products I prefer organic ones such as Sante hair products and for tools I use a natural brush or a tangler teaser which doesn’t too much tear my hair. Avoiding sulfates in shampoos is also a good trick to improve the hair growth and also helps the environment! Once a week I try to do a hair mask for a longer and deeper nutrition session. I love natural moisturizers such as coconut oil and honey and I try to use this combo weekly for a shiny and healthy looking hair!
