// Today I’m speaking about the feeling of not feeling good enough and how it has personally affected me in the past. Most importantly when it comes to the feeling of insufficiency – we should not compare ourselves to others around us. We are all in the exact situation in life as we are supposed to be. We have our own talents, strengths and weaknesses. It is important for your self-confidence to love and accept yourself as you are. You can always change something you don’t like in your life and develop yourself as much as you want. Sometimes we are the worst criticizers of ourselves and sometimes it’s some external factor which causes bad influence to you. Whatever it is that makes you not feel good enough – think how could you change it and how could you practice more self-love? Read a book about it, do yoga or meditate, excercise, find your passions, work towards your goals and enjoy this moment not the future. Treat yourself with respect because in the end you are unique and there is no one else like you – and YOU are enough as you are!
