Angry Birds and pasta
This is a one-off post in English as it includes a thank you message. Following posts will be in Finnish.
Baby Brasiliano turned into a Baby Italiano just after one day in Brazil. We got invited to a dinner in an Italian restaurant by my husband’s colleague and her fiancé. Actually, both of them were my husband’s colleagues. Office romances do happen outside Finland as well!
Table discussion topics. Pope. Argentina/Brazil. And finally Finland/Sweden. How do you always end up in this? Surprisingly it seems that the Brazilians know Finnish brands/icons (Angry Birds, Nokia and Kimi Räikkönen) better than Swedish IKEA and H&M. We jointly agreed that Fazer chocolate (Geisha!) we brought as a souvenir should be among the brands known abroad.
But how do you commercialise Brazilian friendliness? Thank you for the lovely evening Mariliza and fiancé (oops, don’t know how to spell your name)!
