Step 1: Healthy food
Today is the first day of my new life. Today I made the first step. I started to eat healthy. I am going to combine this with exercising so I will eat a lot of protein. I don`t particularly like healthy food so it is going to be kind a hard. But this time I will not give up. Here are pictures of my day. The first picture is our fridge full off healthy food. Picture numer 2 is my breakfast (the only sugared snack I will allow myself is yoghurt in the morning. Last picture is my evening snack blueberries and quark (no sugar, only sweetener).
