How people react to pregnancy news

We have told almost all our friends about the pregnancy, and I have been open about it at work. I am not always sure about how to react to peoples reactions when they find out I am pregnant though.

Me: I am going to be on family leave in the autumn

Other person: Wow great, congrats! Is the baby born yet?

Me: No, not yet, I’m due in the summer.

Other person: You are pregnant?!?

Me: Eeh, yes.

Other person: Just never thought YOU would be pregnant.

And this kind of reactions are just as regular from our mutual friends as well as people who has never even met my wife. Mostly I just laugh at their surprised impressions, but sometimes it makes me feel sad. Kind of like I am not a good person to be pregnant because of my appearance and cause I am perceived as masculin.
