Duran Duranin tulevat konsertit – By Maiju

Syyskuun keikka 2021

Täällä pienessä rannikko kaupungissa alkaa jännitys olla nousujohteista. On meinaan liput sitten 17.09 ja 19.09 Duran Duran -keikoille!

Kävi niin kuin pelkäsinkin, että en saanut lippuja Birminghamiin 14.09 tai 15.09. Olisihan se ollut mahtava kokemus, lisäksi, ei olisi kovin paljoa muuttanut matkustussuunnitelmaakaan. 

Tosin, keikkojen jälkeen voisi kyllä tehdä jotain, joten saatan tehdä pyhiinvaellus matkan Birminghamiin ja käydä katsomassa kuinka monta paikkaa löydän, joilla on merkitystä. Olisiko kenelläkään vinkata jotain? 

Keikkoja varten aion varustautua isolla lipulla. Siihen tulee jonkin laista kirjoitusta ja suomen lippu. Lisäksi mukaan lähtee lahjat Duran Duranin neljälle alkuperäis jäsenelle. Jotain teetettyä ja jotain itse tehtyä. Toimivat yhdessä hyvin. Mukaan lähtee myös ensimmäisen levyn kansi, johon toivon mukaan saan nimmarit.

Vaatetus on vielä mietinnässä. Olisiko se tipun keltainen asu suoraan vuodelta 1986 vai sitten vuoden 2008 tuotantoa oleva asukokonaisuus. Tässä lukijoilla on mahdollisuus vaikuttaa, mikäli intoa on.

Duran Duran concert in September 2021
Here in a little coastal town excitement has increased to almost an unbearable level. I have tickets to the both 17th September and 19th September concerts. Yes, I am talking about Duran Duran concerts!

Unluckily, I did not manage to purchase the tickets to the Birmingham shows 14 Sept and 15 Sept. It would have been awesome to see the boys in Birmingham and then I would not had to change my trip plan. Lucky enough, I might have some free time after the gigs to travel to Birmingham and to find out how many places important to Duran Duran’s history I will find. If any of you dear readers have any suggestions where to go in Birmingham kindly let me know!

I have already done some arrangements for the show. I will draw a flag where Finnish flag will be included among some texts. I have also some gifts ready to give for the four original band members. Some of the gifts are handmade by me and some are bought ones. It will be a great combination. I will also have the debut album cover art with me and I live in a hope to have some autographs on it, maybe maybe.

I am still not sure what to wear. I have two choices, other is from 1986 and other from 2008. I would like you dear readers to pick up the best choice. Kindly see the pictures below. Thank you!
