Welcome to our blog.

This will be a one year journey story to the competition stage.

On Wednesday I will take the first pictures of Tiina. 
Let’s see how the muscles are at this point. 

She will start her journey to the top of Body fitness -Masters class.

My story..Well we will see about that. 

For now I will make sure she has the motivation going.
 

There will be sweat there will be tears and oh yes, muscles.
