Nyypäkän miehen tunnustus

Edellisessä postauksessa oleva Perikato-hassuttelu sisälsi viitteen yhteen elokuvahistorian ihkuimmista tunnustuksista. Tosin muistin sanamuodon väärin, mutta ajatus on toki sama. On tietysti vaarallista onkia elämänohjeita hömppäleffoista, mutta joskus nekin osaavat olla osuvia. Ensimmäisessä Bridget Jones -leffassa Mark Darcy huomaa ihastuneensa Bridgetiin, lievästi sanottuna vastentahtoisesti.

” I don’t think you’re an idiot at all. I mean, there are elements of the ridiculous about you. Your mother’s pretty interesting. And you really are an appallingly bad public speaker.
