About cultural shock

I’ve been doing some thinking:

One thing i find very annoying is, that almost every task i have to do about my abroad internship for school, they say something about cultural shock. They just assume that EVERYONE have it no matter what.

What if spain felt like home since day one?

 

What if i love the small and dirty streets?

 

What if don’t mind about huge lines everywhere, people always coming 15 minutes late and that everything happens mañana?

 

What if i’m friend with all the guys from Pakistan that live above our office and work in every store that i buy my food?

 

What if i like to eat dinner late and go to sleep when it’s noisy and boiling hot?

 

What if i don’t care if shower is either too hot or freezing cold?

 

I hope that some day, im going to a place that really makes me feel something very new and different!
