Hair at David Koma

While I was running around shooting mostly backstage at shows this week, I took the time to focus on a few styles I found especially interesting. One of them was the hair at David Koma’s show, created by the GHD team. The whole collection was inspired by greyhounds, so the hair was naturally created to resemble the graceful essence of the dog.

Kenna, who is the creative director at GHD started off by straightening the hair and adding extension when needed. He then combed the hair to a heavy side parting.

The hair was then tied into a tight ponytail and a metallic eyelid clip was secured in the hair with pins.
