Monday Mood
Hate is such a waste of energy and holding onto anger rarely gets you anywhere good.
There are times when I try to hold onto my anger longer, because I feel like people take advantage of my willingness to forgive so easily, but it is so damn exhausting. It, invariably, leaves me feeling drained and anxious.
So I breathe in and let it go.
Sometimes letting go makes you stronger…and it definitely makes you feel lighter.
