Father Knows Best
In the winter, I usually gravitate towards wool coats, since they sharpen up most of my casual outfits.
But since the sporty style is now in vogue, I decided it was time for me to ”spice up” my wardrobe with a sports jacket that I could sensibly combine with my ’jeans and boots style’.
And as if my fairy godmother (i.e. my dad) had heard my wish…lo and behold what I found hiding in my closet: an Adidas jacket – a Christmas present from my dad years ago.
At the time, it didn’t seem to fit my style, so I hid it in my closet…because I never ever throw things away straight away.
I mean, they may come handy at some point.
Usually not. But they could.
And here we are. Finally, I’ve been proven right. My logic will prevail. Hah.
And yes, sometimes dad does know best. Just don’t tell him I said that.
