Things That I (Accidentally) Collect #2

Or I love beanies…way too much.

Every autumn and winter, there is a new selection of beanies and, naturally, I must have all of them. Sadly, the realities of life mean that my budget is limited and I need to eat, so I have to pick and choose the ones that I really need want.

The thing about buying more beanies every winter is that I tend to rotate between a few favourite ones. So basically, I have almost twenty beanies, but only wear three of them constantly. Makes sense, right?

No, I didn’t think so either.

So this winter I’ve been trying to cut back on buying new ones, because…well twenty freaking beanies! Enough is enough.

And you know what? I’ve only bought one beanie this winter.

I’m so proud of myself. Of course, now that I’ve proclaimed this, I’ll probably end up buying five more during the spring.
