Trying New Things

In this case red lipstick.

Yes, I’m living dangerously. You better hold onto your seats…who knows what I’ll do next.

I bought this Max Factor lipstick on sale – obviously – a while back and have been trying to use it here and there.

I like the colour, even though it is quite bold, at least for me. It just doesn’t really feel like me, if that makes sense. I want it to be me, but it just isn’t. There are people that can rock the red lip, but sadly I may not be one of them.

Part of the problem is that I constantly worry that the lipstick is going to smudge, and I’ll end up looking like a clown. I often act like one, but I’d rather not look like one. Thankfully, it hasn’t happened, yet, so maybe I’m just being Ms. Worry Pants, which by the way is my clown name.

So project lipstick shall continue.
