Haaveissa / In my dreams

 

Näin haluaisin nukkua. Ikkunan alla, tuijotellen pimeää yötaivasta ja valaistuvaa aamua. Siirsimme sängyn hetkeksi ikkunan eteen – järjestys on kaunis mutta epäkäytännöllinen unen kannalta. Talvinen veto ja kesällä humalaiset, jotka kokeilevat lämpiminä öinä kadun akustiikkaa. Ja puhumattakaan lokkiparvista.

Mutta hetken oli ihanaa loikoilla valossa ja pehmeissä lakanoissa. Leppoisaa sunnuntaita!

This is the way I would like to spend my nights. Watching the dark night sky and morning light. We moved the bed in front of the windowsill for a little while so I could test it. It looks so dreamy but the arrangement is not practical when it comes to good sleep. You know, the wintery chill that comes from the windows now and in the summertime there are so many drunken people shouting  through the night. And the screaming seagulls, do not let me get started on those.

But for a while it was so amazing to lounge in the soft sheets under the sky. Have a cozy, relaxed Sunday!
