Hello again!

I was thinking about to write a about one real or unreal problem that every girl and woman has in some days: The hair. How to get thicker, shinier and heavier hair? Hair is very important part of women’s beauty. It’s like a mirror: if your body is in great balance and you take good care of it, you exercise enough and eat well, it shows in your hair. Worrying how to get thicker hair might be very familiar to many women, especially in Finland where the hairtype is light and thin. You might have gone through all shampoo and conditioners which promise you will have after regular use fast growing, thick and shiny hair, but the result isn’t what you imagined. My tips are really working, I don’t how I could live without them, and I dare promise you will feel exactly same after trying these. I don’t promise miracles – they exist only in fairy tales – but I promise these will work. Keep on reading and find out how to get stronger, shinier and thicker hair!

When in Western world the beauty ideal is to be 180 cm (5ft 11”) tall and weight 50 kg  (110 lbs), which I don’t find very appealing, in Arabic world the beauty ideal is to have long, shining and strong hair. Since girls are born they will be having their traditional henna and oil treatments. These post about hair care based on original recipes from the Middle East, to be exact from UAE. 

1) Apply coconut oil for the all night during one month (notice: if you have dandruff it’s not recommended). The hair becomes much thicker and shinier.

2) Mix apricot and coconut protein cream for 10 minutes, three times a week, and wash away with normal shampoo hair wash.  The hair becomes silky, strong and heavy.

*My friend complained how tired her hair was from very often dyeing and they had lost their shine. Later her hair looked amazing, and I asked her how she got her hair to look so vital. She said that she used an oil mixed with ground fenugreek seeds, and then she put the mix in can and waited for 10 days. Then she applied the mix to her hair twice a week. 

**The seeds of fenugreek – additional use for stomach disease, the seeds are prepaired and taken as a normal tea (notice:the seeds have a specific smell).

Note: Any oil activitates its elements faster as it’s a bit warmer than cold. The more temperature (not  hot!) the faster comes chemical reaction with your hair. You may need to cover your hair while you keep a mask on your head to protect  your clothes from getting oily. 

You can choose one of these to improve your hair quality but don’t forget that you need to repeat the treatment several times before the final result will appear. But even only once applying such a mask on your hair you will see and feel a big difference and your hair gets the complex of natural active ingredients and as a result healthy looking and shining hair.
