Day 8 – Hydration
I drink my fair share of water. At least 4-5 liters a day not including that obtained through food sources and such. Helps with the feeling of fullness when dieting, the dissipation of bloating, and thirst. Believe it or not, water cures thirst. I am really thirsty on a diet/exercise routine and water is just fantastic for thirst. yup.
