Day 5 – Supplements or Just don’t be silly

The point with supplements for me is I simply do not want to cross the line of excess. Their is a long passed joke about westerners having the most expensive piss in the world. The waste caused by over or unnecessary use is silly. I try to avoid this by not following recommended portions. Try splitting portions in half, if it says once a day, take bi – daily. Having some in your system offers the benefits none wouldn’t. Don’t play drug dealer or basement chemist and try literally splitting pills in half though. That would just be silly, again.

Day 4 – Sustenance

”I eat to live, I don’t live to eat” – someone said that at some point. It’s a good maxim to have flying through your skull when your trying to lose weight. I so often have found myself on the otherside of that line, binging and such, that being on a strict diet is clearly defined by what is necessary for survival. To be more specific, don’t develop an eating disorder, just be aware of why each piece of the nutritional information panel exists. Why are you taking in energy, carbs vs fat as energy, and so on. I eat primarily salad for my meals with a fat as my energy source, usually heavy cream or something similar.
