Day 3 – Meditation

All kinds of thoughts flow in and out of the mind. It’s a pain in the ass but none worse than the sting of failure. Taking some time to meditate, when necessary, really rids your head of the clutter sabotaging your success. Just some simple breath counting exercises will have you functioning and in training like grease to an old door hinge.

Day 2 – Water Weight

Some of the most significant days of a diet when it comes to motivation are of course right in the beginning. These days see huge drops in poundage that equate to nothing but temporary deflation. It sure does feel good though to see such a drop.
