For me J.W. Anderson has joined the small group of designers or houses with his latest collections. There’s something that intrigues me. Something in the shapes and the combinations and the end result of it all. Also there’s a certain Ghesquiére-ness, and that can only be a good thing.  

The magnificent designer, who won the CFDA Swarovski Award for Womenswear just weeks ago, is not afraid of bold cuts or going big. I love the combination of a lot of fabric yet just the right amount of skin showing for the look to be airy and smart-sexy. Images: Rosie Assoulin
