She’s passionate about fashion and isn’t afraid to experiment with her sophisticated style.

But Lydia Bright was on the verge of taking a risk too far as she almost fell victim to a nasty nip slip at the Pride Of Britain Awards in London on Monday evening.

The 25-year-old TOWIE star was dressed in a perilously plunking maxi dress for her glamorous evening out, which very nearly came to an embarrassing end as she headed home from the Grosvenor House Hotel.

Earlier on in the evening Lydia was picture perfect as she sashayed down the red carpet ahead of the ceremony.

She posed with her hand on her hip as her Grecian-style dress puddled at her feet, looking glamorous with her glossy blonde locks sleeked back into a simple updo.

Alongside her was her boyfriend and fellow TOWIE co-star James ’Arg’ Argent, who looked suave in a crisp white shirt and a navy suit and tie.

Arg flashed a bright white smile as he posed alongside his girlfriend, who looked equally happy to be in his company.

The couple have – who have had their fair share of ups and downs over the years – appeared to be happier and stronger than ever.

And while they are clearly very much in love, Lydia revealed to MailOnline recently that she isn’t planning on getting married anytime soon.

’We are much older now and we have had some time apart and met other people but we’ve always been drawn back to each other, we are childhood sweethearts,’ she confessed.

’It is definitely long term but marriage isn’t on the cards for now.’

And the TOWIE sweethearts weren’t the only ones representing Essex at the pride Of Britain Awards on Monday.

Jasmin Walia was also there looking beautiful in a baby pink, diamante encrusted full-length gown while Lauren Pope smouldered in a black halter neck number.

Elsewhere, Billi Mucklow went all out in a white mini-dress with feather trim and lace-up sandals as she posed alongside her fiancé Andy Carroll.

Joey Essex and Mark Wright were also at the event looking dapper.

Joey looked slick in a green blazer, matching sneakers and thick-rimmed glasses, while Mark kept it simple in an evening suit and bow tie.
