I needed something comforting and there really is no better dish than that when you’ve had a generally crappy day. A cheesy carby piece of Finland.
An ex boyfriend didn’t like it because it ”didn’t come with gravy”. No wonder he’s an ex! Oli likes it but eats it with barbeque sauce which I find disgusting!
Ahh I’m drooling just thinking about last night. Like everyone and their cousin I’m currently on a diet. I’m trying the 5:2 fasting diet, which means that on two non consequtive days I eat only 500 calories and other days eat normally. My fasting days are Tuesday and Thursday. This is by far the easiest and the most successfull diet I’ve tried (not that I’ve done the whole rainbow- I’m not particularly heavy, but I do sometimes feel like I’m surrounded by a bunch of rakes….). My last fasting day however was pure hell (I thought it wouldget easier NOT harder!). Today I decided not to spread the calories into three meals, but to have a fairly nutritious lunch and dinner instead. This just means that I need to make it to lunch time without eating my own hand…….. Good luck to me!
