Healthy Oat & Yoghurt Brownies (Gluten Free)
I’ve recently started to follow more strict diet that’s a little bit like fitness type of diet, mośtly duo to diabetes problems. In this diet there’s not much room for sweets and snacks, but it really does work and has done wonders for my diabetes and blood glucose levels. But I will write more about that in my next post!
During this diet once a week I’m going to have a ”cheat day” when I can bake all of my favorite treats and try new recipes. Yesterday I made three different things (!) because I was craving sweets so much 😀 Here’s one of my recipes, hope you enjoy it xxx
