Vaelsa is a pure Italian pasta restaurant. A restaurant that would normally be a nightmare for any celiac since there’s not much more than pasta on the menu. Not this time. Vaelsa has something as rare as fresh glutenfree pasta! All portions are made once ordered and the fancy touch of the restaurant is visible both in the interior design and the prices. You can get an expensive glutenfree three course meal out of alternatives, senza glutine at it’s best.
