In time… at least this one time

Niin… mähän oon monessa asiassa sellainen jäljessäkulkija. Tai sanotaanko niin että mä näen jonkun jutun, vaatteen, asusteen tms. ja oon sitä mieltä että voi hel***ti, onpa taas joku kehittänyt kammottavan jutun josta kaikki nyt on niiiiiiiin innoissaan. Mulla ette tota tuu näkemään ette sitten ikinä! Sit menee pari kuukautta… puol vuotta ja oonkin yhtäkkiä ihan et ” Hei mun on ihan pakko saada tollainen! Paitsi et nyt ne on loppuun myyty ja mistään en enää niitä löydä.. damn!!!” No nyt oli taas yks tuote joka aiheutti mulle tuollaisen fiiliksen. Samalla se kuitenki kiehtoi jotenkin aivan sairaan paljon. Ja sitten kun olin pari kuukautta asiaa pähkäillyt, niin sain tietää että H&M:lle tulee kevätmallistoon edullinen versio näistä kengistä joita himoilen. Kun huomasin niiden olevan myynnissä olin heti niitä ostamassa, mutta mun koko olikin loppuunmyyty… Perkele! Kelasin että pakko niitä on tulla vielä sinne kun niin hetken ehtivät vain olla myynnissä. No odottelin että mun kokoa tulee lisää, ja heti kun kokoa 37 oli taas varastossa, nappasin ne ostoskoriin 🙂

Yeah… in many things I wake up a bit too late. Or more like warm up too slowly.First I see a thing, clothes, shoes etc., that I just hate at first sight and think ”Oh s**t, someone has created a totally disgusting piece that everyone loves and wants soooo much. Well you’ll never see me wearing one!!!” Couple of months go by and suddenly I realize I just love that thing, and really want it, but I’m way too late, they’re all sold out… damn!!! Well some times ago I ran into these shoes that made me feel like that. In the same time I hated them, I also loved them. And as a few months got by, I found out that one version of those shoes will be in H&M spring collection. So I was waiting them to come in online store. First time I saw them in online store, I found out that my size was sold out, and I was like SHIT! But I waited patiently and tadaa.. they were back in stock and I immediately clicked them in to basket 🙂

Mä veikkaan että näin tän tyyliset kengät ekan kerran Chiara Ferragnin instagram kuvissa joskus muutamia kuukausia sitten, ja silloin olin just eka et yök… tulee mieleen jotkut 70-luvun papan tossukat joita se pitää keltaraitaisten ruskeiden verkkarien kanssa. Mutta silti noissa oli jotain… ehkä ne materiaalit joista ne oli tehty. Jos joku tarjois mulle noita perus canvas versioina niin … plaah. Eli se matsku ja kuosi tekee tosi paljon, ja siinä vaiheessa kun näin jossain sitten mustat, tikkinahkaiset versiot kengistä olin ihan myyty 😀

I think I first saw this kind of slip-ons in Chiarra Ferragnis instagram photos couple of monts ago, and first I got a vision of old mans sneakers at 70’s, worn with brown joggings with yellow stripes. But still those shoes got something… perhaps it was the material used on them. If someone gave me pair of those in basic canvas… plaaah. So the material and patterns makse the shoes in this case. And when I saw a black stitched leather one, I was sold 😀

Samalla kun nuo kengät sitten bongasin koriin niin katsoin pitkien neuletakkien tarjonnan läpi, ja sieltä löytyikin oikein oiva yksilö sileää neulosta tekonahkaisilla hihoilla. Se mikä mun huomioni kiinnitti tässä oli tuo huppu. Toki se olisi voinut olla ehkä vielä näyttävämpi, mutta hyvä näinkin. Joten olihan mun pakko tuokin tilata :)

As I got those shoes in my shopping basket, I thought I’ll go and check the offering of long cardigans. And found just the perfect one with faux leather sleeves. What draw my attention to that one, was the hood. It could’ve been more massive, but I’ll go with that. So I ordered it too :)

Tää neule vaikuttais oikein kivalta nyt kevääseen nahkarotsin alle, ja sitten kun on lämpöisempää niin se menee ihan omillaan. Nuo hihat tuo siihen hieman takkimaisuutta ja ryhdittää muuten vähän rönttöistä yleisilmettä. Kieltämättä tuossa on vähän sellaista grunge meinikiä, mutta mikäs siinä :) Tuo huppu vaan on niin… <3

This knit seems to be quite nice worn under the leather jackett, and in warmer weather by itself. I think those faux leather sleeves brings some posture for otherwise a bit sloppy knit. It is a bit ”grunge”, but thats just fine :) That hood is just so… <3

Mitä mieltä ootte noista kevään slip-on tossukoista? Hot or totally not?
