Burberry Brit Sheer

Ekaks otin testiin tuon Burberryn toisen Britin. Mähän siis tilasin Nettioutletista muutamat tuoksut, ja niistä kaks on Burberryn. Toinen on normaali Brit ja toinen on Brit Sheer. Tuon Britin meinasin antaa mun siskolle myöhästyneeks synttärilahjaks, ja Sheerin ajattelin pitää itse. Mutta nyt tarkemmin ajateltuna on parempi että systeri saa ite valita noista neljästä itselleen mieluisimman 🙂

So, the first one I tested was Burberrys other Brit. I ordered couple of fragrances from Nettioutlet, and two of them is from Burberry. The other one is Brit, and the other is Brit Sheer. First I thought I’ll give the Brit for my sister, for late birthday present, but now I think it’s much better to let her test all of those four fragrances, and pick the one she likes most 🙂

Mutta nyt siis tähän Burberry Brit Sheeriin joka julkistettiin vuonna 2007. Päätuoksuina siinä on yuzu, ananaksen lehti, litsi, mandariini ja rusinat. Sydäntuoksuina vaaleanpunainen pioni, persikankukka ja päärynä. Pohjatuoksuina on valkoinen myski ja valkoiset puut.

But let’s go into Brit Sheer that launced at 2007. Top notes are yuzu, pineapple leaf, litchi, mandarin and grapes. Heart notes are pink peony, peach blossom and pear. Dry down notes are white musk and Amyris woods.

Ensin kun tuota suihkautin niin siitä nous joku tuttu tuoksu jota en oikeen pystynyt yhdistämään mihinkään. Mutta nyt kun uudemman kerran testaan, yhdistän tän selkeesti Gwen Stefanin L tuoksuun joka on muuten tullut markkinoille samana vuonna kuin Brit Sheer. Tuoksut ei siis oo yhtään samanlaiset, mutta se on ehkäpä se päärynä joka sieltä tulee. Ei mitenkään tuoreen päärynän tuoksuisena, mutta selkeesti yhdistävänä tekijänä ainakin mun nenään. Ehkä ennemmin semmoisena vihreenä lehtimäisenä, kuin mehukkaana päärynänä. Monet on verrannu tät Versacen Bright Crystaliin, mutta en voi tuota allekirjoittaa, koska mulla ei ole sitä vertailukohteena. Jonkun tutun tuoksun tää kyllä tuo mieleen, joten voi hyvinkin olla se. Alkuun tuo sitrus tuoksuu aika selkeesti. Mun mielestä tää on ehkä enemmän hedelmäinen vihreä tuoksu kuin kukkainen. Mä en hirveesti erota tuota myskiä, vaikka tuoksu onkin asettunut, mutta se voi johtua siitä että tykkään voimakkaammasta myskin tuoksusta, enkä näinollen noteeraa sitä. Kukkaisuus tulee hieman esiin, mutta silti pidän tätä ennenkaikkea raikkaana, kevyenä tuoksuna joka sopii hyvin kesään.

As I first sprayed the fragrance, popped up this one smell I just couldn’t relate to anything. But on the second time around it came. Gwen Stefanis L, which by the way was launced at the same year as this Brit Sheer. These two are nothing similar, but there is this one smell, and I think it is that pear. Not like fresh juicy pear, but more like greenish, leaf like pear. Many people say that this reminds of Versace Bright Crystal, I can’t say anything, since I don’t have that fragrance at home so I can’t compare them. But there is something familiar in this fragrance, so it could be just that. At first I could smell citrusses very clearly. I think this is more like fruity greenish fragrance than floral. And I just can’t find much musk in it, even the fragrance has settled down. But then again, I like strong musk, so perhaps that’s why I don’t find it in here. Floral scents come too, but not that strong, so in my oppinion this fragrance is fresh, light and suitable for summer.
