V’s family time…

Due to Christmas holidays and being busy job hunting, I haven’t been here for a while. However there are a shit ton of Korvapuusti reviews coming in now.

I shall start with what can only be described as the second most important review of my life: the mother in law. Yesterday was another regular Sunday dinner at my girlfirend’s and her mother had baked Korvapuusti for dessert (best dessert ever, in case it’s not obvious yet). Of course I had to rate it.

Great buttery, fluffy, dough and amazing amount of stuffing! It was a work of art and looked absolutely amazing. It had the appearance of a freshly baked angel (Can I somehow butter up more?). But really, truly – it was delicious and family relations did not affect this review. Almost at all…. 🙂
