Let’s get it started…

As I mentioned in the previous post, I was motivated to start this blog by one awesome korvapuusti in Turku so… let’s rate it!!! I have come up with a few categories which I will use to rate my Korvapuusti:

S – Size

AF – Amount of filling inside

D – Taste/Quality of the dough

OT – Overall taste

A – Appearance

I will also share some additional comments, price (when possible) and count the average grade to create ranking in the future. But let’s get down to the brass tacks.

There it is, the massive Korvapuusti from Turku, Cafe Brahe:

Average grade:  4.2

Price: 3€

 

The grades speak for themselves – very good, huge Korvapuusti with amazing dough. The amount of filling is a little bit disappointing. However if you will ever be in Turku you should definitely stop at Cafe Brahe, spend 3€ and enjoy great Korvapuusti. One comment… WHY DON’T YOU OFFER TO HEAT IT UP CAFE BRAHE?!
