2012

 

Year 2012 was a year of changes. It was a year of many hard decisions, but also a year of following your dreams. I had some awesome time with my friends, like having long conversations at the roof top terrace in the middle of the night under the stars and drinking some vino and listening Florence and the Machine. Some big plans were made during that holiday and it’s awesome to see now, how dreams have come true.  I had the best time of my life in Salzburg with two of my friends singing love songs in the middle of the night after three bottles of wine. I also enjoyed time with my friends back in Finland, which I haven’t really seen past 3 years. I was happy to see how my friend’s children are growing, new family members were born as well new homes were build. I made some new lifetime friends and enjoyed my time in Helsinki. Had many great parties with my work colleagues as well some killer hangovers next mornings. I traveled to Monaco, France, Austria and Denmark and realized once more how much I love traveling. I also started a new hobby – climbing and really loved it!

I also went thru some hard times in 2012. My boy Oliver  got very sick and for a moment I thought I’d lose my best friend. Luckily my dog is a survivor and kicked that tumor’s ass. I also had to say goodbye to the love of my life, but I do believe that love will always find it’s way. I listened my heart and quit my job, even if that was against all odds.

I decided to follow my dreams and moved to Whistler. I left many things behind but discovered so many new things which I couldn’t even imagine to discover. So far I’ve met some awesome people, had great parties and amazing time on the mountain. My dear friends, I’m wishing you all Happy New Year filled with joy, health and prosperity. Let’s make year 2013 ours! ps.
