Tiina and Tanja On the Road – Travel Blog and Story of friendship

Who are we?

We are Tiina and Tanja travel bloggers from Finland. We moved to Málaga, Spain about 2,5 years ago. In the beginning, we worked at the same place and that’s how we met and we became friends. Since the beginning, we have had a really good time together and continuously making new plans.

We do a lot of different things together. On Tuesdays is our movie evening, we normally go to the cinema. On  Fridays or Saturdays, we go to explore new places and to hang out and plan our becoming trips.

Our passions: food and travelling

There are many different bars and restaurants in the Málaga area, so usually, we go out for a few drinks & tapas or we try a new restaurant. We love all kinds of food; Spanish, Italian, American, Latinamerican, Indian, Chinese, Mexicán, Greek food etc. Food is one of our biggest passions and it’s part of our travelling experiences as well.

We try to travel as much as possible. We are continuously making new travel plans and talking about all the places where we would like to go.  We are always ready for a trip, it can be either a short weekend trip or a longer holiday outside of Europe. During our trips, we want to learn about new cultures, try local food and drinks, explore beautiful places, and have some unforgettable experiences. We love all kinds of excursions; city, nature, hiking, cruise etc.

In Spain, we love to explore new cities and tiny villages. There are many beautiful places where you can enjoy nature. Hiking is one of our hobbies as well, so we like to search for new routes where to admire a beautiful view. There is nothing better than seeing the whole city from the mountain or watch a sunset/sunrise. In the summertime, we like to go to the beach and swim in the sea.
